For potential borrowers who own prime real estate assets in Costa Rica we offer an alternative private funding solution. High yield private loans are arranged between prospective borrowers and committed private investors. As a result, investors can diversify their portfolios with high yield loans, strongly collateralized and secured by qualified real estate. The purpose of the JV –Equity Real Estate Program is to assist real estate developers/operators of high integrity and a proven track record to secure the private capital required to build or acquire real estate intensive assets, businesses or projects, in Costa Rican market segments where very high returns are possible because of limited competition, very large demand of institutional quality, significant barriers to entry, low saturation, true product or service differentiation and clear exit strategies. To minimize risk, we do not recommend investment in start ups, or ventures where the critical permit processing stage has not been overcome.
